Ingredients
- 1 cup balsamic dressing
- 1/3 cup yellow mustard
- 2 tsp. Minced garlic
- 1 1/2 lbs. flank steak
Method
- Mix dressing, mustard and garlic. Save one cup and put it aside for later.
- Pour the remaining sauce over the meat and marinate it for 30 minutes or up to 3 hours (depending on how soft you want the meat to be)
- Then grill or broil the steak for 15+ minutes or until desired doneness. Drizzle steak with the cup of sauce that was put aside earlier.
