Ingredients
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, small cubed
- 1 12 cups tomatoes, cubed
- 1 12 cups cucumbers, sliced &,cubed
- 1 can chickpeas, rinsed
- 1 cup olive, chopped
- Italian dressing, to taste
- basil, chopped
- 1 can black beans, rinsed
Method
- Mix all ingredients and toss well.
- Refrigerate until serving.
- Can of black beans is optional and will extend the salad.
