Ingredients
- 6-8 Medium Potatoes
- 1 Cup Sour Cream
- 3 oz. Cream Cheese
- 1 tsp. Onion Salt
Method
- Peel and cut up potatoes.
- Boil in unsalted water until soft. Drain.
- Add rest of ingredients and beat until fluffy.
- Place in a buttered casserole dish and bake at 375 until light brown.
