Ingredients
- 1 large fryer
- 6 to 8 slices bacon
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 chopped bell pepper
- 1 bag long spaghetti
- 8 slices American cheese, grated
- 2 cans mushroom soup
- 1 can LeSueur peas, drained
Method
- Boil and debone chicken; cook bacon until crisp.
- Add onion and pepper; cook until tender.
- Cook and drain spaghetti.
- Mix spaghetti, chicken, onion and pepper mixture with remaining ingredients.
- Put into very hot oven, about 450°, and let heat until entire mixture is bubbly.
- More sour or chicken broth may be added if mixture is too dry.
