- 1 precooked pizza crust (Rustic Crust or Mama Marys)
- 4 ounces pizza sauce or 4 ounces basil pesto
- 3 plum tomatoes, sliced
- 1 small head of broccoli, cut into florets
- 2 ounces kalamata olives
- 1 ounce feta cheese
- 1 bunch spinach, chopped
- olive oil
- 2 fresh garlic cloves, minced
- 4 ounces mozzarella cheese, grated
Method
- Preheat oven to 425.
- Spread pizza sauce or pesto onto crust.
- Then sprinkle a light layer of mozzarella cheese.
- Next, top with all vegetables.
- Crumble feta on top, then add rest of mozzarella.
- Brush with olive oil and bake 8-12 minutes.
