Ingredients

  • 1 precooked pizza crust (Rustic Crust or Mama Marys)
  • 4 ounces pizza sauce or 4 ounces basil pesto
  • 3 plum tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 small head of broccoli, cut into florets
  • 2 ounces kalamata olives
  • 1 ounce feta cheese
  • 1 bunch spinach, chopped
  • olive oil
  • 2 fresh garlic cloves, minced
  • 4 ounces mozzarella cheese, grated

Method

  • Preheat oven to 425.
  • Spread pizza sauce or pesto onto crust.
  • Then sprinkle a light layer of mozzarella cheese.
  • Next, top with all vegetables.
  • Crumble feta on top, then add rest of mozzarella.
  • Brush with olive oil and bake 8-12 minutes.
