Ingredients
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 1/2 cup chicken stock
- 1/2 horseradish, grated
- 2-3/4 lb. potatoes, peeled and cubed
Method
- Mix cream, chicken stock and horseradish in a saucepan.
- Bring to a boil; reduce the heat and let simmer for 10 minutes.
- Cook the potatoes in a large pot and drain.
- Add cream and horseradish mixture and mash with a hand masher or whip.
