Ingredients
- 3/4 c. plain yogurt
- 1/2 c. whole cranberry sauce
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 c. drained canned pineapple tidbits
Method
- Mix first 4 ingredients in bowl.
- Fold in pineapple.
- Chill until serving time.
- Spoon into 4 sherbet glasses.
- Garnish with chopped pecans.
- Yields 4 servings.
