Ingredients

  • 3/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 3/4 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 3 c. milk
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 (13 1/2 oz.) frozen whipped topping
  • 1 (3 3/4 oz.) vanilla instant pudding mix
  • 1 (4 1/2 oz.) chocolate instant pudding mix
  • chopped pecans or grated chocolate

Method

  • Combine butter, flour and pecans.
  • Press into 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
  • Bake at 375° for 15 minutes.
  • Cool completely.
  • Combine cream cheese, powdered sugar and 1 1/2 cups whipped topping and blend thoroughly.
  • Spread over crust; chill.
  • Combine pudding mixes and milk.
  • Beat 2 minutes with rotary mixer at medium speed.
  • Spread over cream cheese layer.
  • Chill.
  • Spread remaining whipped topping over pudding layer.
  • Garnish with pecans and/or chocolate.
  • Yields approximately 15 servings.
