Ingredients
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 290 ml natural yoghurt
- 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- salt and pepper
Method
- preheat oven to 200c/400f/gas mark 6.
- brush garlic with olive oil.
- put on a baking tray and bake for 15 minutes
- Peel and mash.
- Mix all ingredients together and season to taste.
