Ingredients
- 6 medium squash
- butter
- salt and pepper
- 4 eggs
- 1/3 c. milk
- grated Cheddar cheese
Method
- Slice and cook squash until tender.
- Add butter, salt and pepper to taste.
- Then beat eggs and milk.
- Combine all together. Top with grated Cheddar cheese.
- Bake in 350° to 400° oven until cheese is melted.
