Ingredients
- 3 c. fresh or frozen blueberries
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 2/3 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
- 1/2 c. uncooked oatmeal
- 1/3 c. margarine
Method
- Arrange blueberries in a lightly oiled 2-quart casserole. Sprinkle with lemon juice.
- In a separate bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, oatmeal and cinnamon.
- Cut in margarine with a fork or pastry blender until mixture is crumbly.
- Spread over fruit.
- Bake in a 375° oven for 40 minutes.
- Serves 8.
