Ingredients

  • 3 c. fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2/3 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. uncooked oatmeal
  • 1/3 c. margarine

Method

  • Arrange blueberries in a lightly oiled 2-quart casserole. Sprinkle with lemon juice.
  • In a separate bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, oatmeal and cinnamon.
  • Cut in margarine with a fork or pastry blender until mixture is crumbly.
  • Spread over fruit.
  • Bake in a 375° oven for 40 minutes.
  • Serves 8.
