Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. Italian sausage
  • 1/4 lb. pepperoni, sliced thin
  • 1/2 lb. smoked kielbasa, sliced
  • 1/2 c. spicy barbecue sauce
  • 1 (16 oz.) can pork and beans (undrained)
  • 1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans (undrained)
  • 1 (16 oz.) can hot chili beans (undrained)
  • 1 (16 oz.) can white kidney beans, drained
  • 1 (16 oz.) can lima beans, drained
  • 6 slices bacon
  • 1 (16 oz.) can butter beans, drained
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 3 oz. tomato paste

Method

  • Form the Italian sausage into 1-inch balls.
  • Brown in skillet; drain.
  • Combine with remaining ingredients, except bacon, in a 5-quart casserole or in a smaller roasting pan.
  • Partially cook bacon in microwave; arrange over casserole.
  • Bake, uncovered, at 325° for 1 1/2 hours.
  • Serve hot or cold.
  • Yields 16 generous servings.
  • Great for picnic or barbecue.
