Ingredients
- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 4 c. self-rising flour
- 2 c. warm water
- 3/4 c. shortening
- 1 egg
Method
- Dissolve yeast in water.
- Add other ingredients and mix by hand.
- Grease muffin tins, fill 1/2 full.
- Bake at 400° for 10 to 12 minutes.
