Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. of fresh Wonton wrappers
  • 1/2 lb. finely chopped pork
  • 1/2 lb. salad shrimp (chopped)
  • 1 small can water chestnuts, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp. soy sauce
  • 7 green onions (just mince and use white portion of onion)
  • 2 raw eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 tsp. cornstarch

Method

  • Mix all the above ingredients (except wrapper) together in a bowl. Place approximately 1 tsp. in the center of the square wonton wrapper. Fold diagonally and wet the two sides of the wrapper so you will have a triangle. Now wet the two sides of the triangle and connect, forming a crown. Deep fry wontons in oil at approximately 350° until golden brown. ZUCCHINI QUICHE
