Ingredients
- 12 1/2 c. water
- 8 c. chicken bouillon (8 cubes plus 8 c. water)
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 6 green onions, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1/2 pkg. wonton wrappers, separated (freeze other half)
- 1 small bunch bok choy, chopped
- 1/2 lb. Eckrich sausage links, sliced
Method
- In a large pot, bring 12 cups of water to a boil.
- Add wontons.
- Bring to a boil again.
- Add 1/2 cup water.
- Bring to a boil once more.
- When wontons float to surface (almost immediately), remove to colander.
- Rinse under cold water.
- Drain and set aside.
