Ingredients

  • 12 1/2 c. water
  • 8 c. chicken bouillon (8 cubes plus 8 c. water)
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 6 green onions, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1/2 pkg. wonton wrappers, separated (freeze other half)
  • 1 small bunch bok choy, chopped
  • 1/2 lb. Eckrich sausage links, sliced

Method

  • In a large pot, bring 12 cups of water to a boil.
  • Add wontons.
  • Bring to a boil again.
  • Add 1/2 cup water.
  • Bring to a boil once more.
  • When wontons float to surface (almost immediately), remove to colander.
  • Rinse under cold water.
  • Drain and set aside.
