Ingredients
- 4 to 6 Russet baking potatoes or long white potatoes
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp. seasoned pepper
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
Method
- Preheat oven to 450°.
- Leaving skins on, scrub potatoes and cut
- lengthwise
- into
- 1/2 inch
- strips.
- In
- small
- bowl combine oil,
- salt, seasoned pepper and paprika.
- Toss potato wedges in seasoned
- oil.
- Place potatoes on foil lined baking sheet and bake
- for
- about
- 20 minutes or until tender.
- Turn potatoes once while baking.
