Ingredients
- 4 c. boiling water
- 4 c. sugar
- 3 pkg. Jell-O (any flavor)
- 9 c. hot water
- 2 (8 oz.) bottles ReaLemon
- 1 oz. almond extract
- 2 (46 oz.) pineapple juice
- 3 qt. ginger ale
Method
- Mix
- Jell-O
- and sugar in boiling water.
- Add to 9 cups hot water and let cool.
- Mix with lemon, extract and pineapple juice. Mix
- well.
- Freeze for about 1 hour or longer.
- Before you serve, add some ginger ale.
- Makes 48 quarts of punch.
