Ingredients

  • 1 to 2 lb. ground beef
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 8 oz. noodles, cooked
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
  • 12 oz. can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1/4 c. pimento, chopped
  • dash of pepper

Method

  • Cook noodles.
  • Brown meat; add onion and cook until tender. Stir in milk and cream cheese until well blended.
  • Add noodles and all remaining ingredients, tossing lightly, until evenly distributed.
  • Pour into 2-quart casserole and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
