- 1 to 2 lb. ground beef
- 3/4 c. milk
- 8 oz. noodles, cooked
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
- 12 oz. can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1/4 c. pimento, chopped
- dash of pepper
Method
- Cook noodles.
- Brown meat; add onion and cook until tender. Stir in milk and cream cheese until well blended.
- Add noodles and all remaining ingredients, tossing lightly, until evenly distributed.
- Pour into 2-quart casserole and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
