Ingredients

  • 4 whole Chicken Breasts (Boneless If You Prefer) Or 6 Thighs
  • 1 package (6-8 Oz. Package) Mushrooms
  • 2 cloves Garlic, Chopped
  • 2 cans (14 Oz. Can) Artichoke Hearts, Or Frozen If You Can Find It
  • 1 can (10 Oz. Can) Roasted Red Peppers
  • 1 bag (3.5 Oz. Can) Sun Dried Tomatoes
  • 1 cup Kens Steakhouse Italian Dressing Or Caesar Salad Dressing
  • 1 can (12 Oz. Can) Black Olives
  • Olive Oil

Method

  • Brown your chicken in a skillet with a couple of tablespoons of olive oil.
  • After it is browned, put the chicken in a large saucepan and add the rest of the ingredients.
  • Heat up to a boil, then turn the heat down to simmer and cook for about an hour and a half.
  • Serve with wild rice.
