- 4 whole Chicken Breasts (Boneless If You Prefer) Or 6 Thighs
- 1 package (6-8 Oz. Package) Mushrooms
- 2 cloves Garlic, Chopped
- 2 cans (14 Oz. Can) Artichoke Hearts, Or Frozen If You Can Find It
- 1 can (10 Oz. Can) Roasted Red Peppers
- 1 bag (3.5 Oz. Can) Sun Dried Tomatoes
- 1 cup Kens Steakhouse Italian Dressing Or Caesar Salad Dressing
- 1 can (12 Oz. Can) Black Olives
- Olive Oil
Method
- Brown your chicken in a skillet with a couple of tablespoons of olive oil.
- After it is browned, put the chicken in a large saucepan and add the rest of the ingredients.
- Heat up to a boil, then turn the heat down to simmer and cook for about an hour and a half.
- Serve with wild rice.
- Enjoy!
