Ingredients
- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. French-cut green beans
- 1 can drained bean sprouts
- 1 can drained bamboo shoots
- 1 can drained water chestnuts
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 small box Velveeta cheese, shredded
- 1 large can French fried onion rings
Method
- Cook green beans for about 10 minutes and drain.
- Mix all other ingredients in large bowl, except French fried onion rings. Pour into 2-quart greased casserole.
- Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
- Top casserole with onions and bake another 10 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
