Ingredients

  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. French-cut green beans
  • 1 can drained bean sprouts
  • 1 can drained bamboo shoots
  • 1 can drained water chestnuts
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 small box Velveeta cheese, shredded
  • 1 large can French fried onion rings

Method

  • Cook green beans for about 10 minutes and drain.
  • Mix all other ingredients in large bowl, except French fried onion rings. Pour into 2-quart greased casserole.
  • Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
  • Top casserole with onions and bake another 10 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
