Ingredients
- 1/4 pound White Fish
- 1/2 cup Sour cream
- 1/2 cup Red onion sliced
- 1 tablespoon Parsley sliced
- 1 tablespoon Vodka
- freshly ground pepper and salt to taste
- Parsley to garnish
Method
- Poach the fish till just tender. With a fork, break the fish into large meaty chunks, arrange the pieces on a serving plate.
- Mix the sour cream, pepper, salt, onion and parsley tougher in the serving plate. Garnish the dressing with little more parsley and pour the vodka over the dressing
