Ingredients

  • 1/4 pound White Fish
  • 1/2 cup Sour cream
  • 1/2 cup Red onion sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Parsley sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Vodka
  • freshly ground pepper and salt to taste
  • Parsley to garnish

Method

  • Poach the fish till just tender. With a fork, break the fish into large meaty chunks, arrange the pieces on a serving plate.
  • Mix the sour cream, pepper, salt, onion and parsley tougher in the serving plate. Garnish the dressing with little more parsley and pour the vodka over the dressing
