Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. cold milk
- 2 pkg. Jell-O white chocolate flavor instant pudding and pie filling
- 1 (8 oz.) tub Cool Whip
- 3/4 tsp. grated lemon peel
- 1 c. fresh or frozen strawberries
- 1 prepared graham cracker crust
Method
- Pour milk into medium bowl.
- Add pudding mixes.
- Beat with wire whisk 1 minute.
- Gently stir in whipped topping and lemon peel. Spoon strawberries into bottom of crust; top with pudding mixture. Refrigerate four hours or until set.
