Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. cold milk
  • 2 pkg. Jell-O white chocolate flavor instant pudding and pie filling
  • 1 (8 oz.) tub Cool Whip
  • 3/4 tsp. grated lemon peel
  • 1 c. fresh or frozen strawberries
  • 1 prepared graham cracker crust

Method

  • Pour milk into medium bowl.
  • Add pudding mixes.
  • Beat with wire whisk 1 minute.
  • Gently stir in whipped topping and lemon peel. Spoon strawberries into bottom of crust; top with pudding mixture. Refrigerate four hours or until set.
