Ingredients
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. dill weed
- 1/4 tsp. grated lemon peel
- 1/4 c. white vinegar
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 large cucumber, sliced (2 c.)
Method
- In large bowl, combine sugar, salt, dill weed, lemon peel, vinegar and lemon juice; blend well.
- Add cucumber slices; toss to coat.
- Cover.
- Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.
- If desired, drain before serving.
- Makes 8 1/4 cups.
