Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 3/4 c. uncooked rice
- 1 pkg. Lipton onion soup
- 1 c. English peas
- 1 c. shredded cheese
Method
- Brown meat and stir in soup, water, rice, tomatoes and peas. Simmer 25 to 30 minutes or until rice is tender.
- Add more water if it gets too dry before done.
- Top with cheese.
- Cook on low until cheese melts.
- Serve hot.
