Ingredients
- 1 23 ounces white rum
- 23 ounce coconut rum
- 2 ounces pineapple juice
- 12 fresh papaya
- 23 ounce coconut cream
- 1 ounce heavy cream
Method
- Peel and dice papaya; put diced papaya into the container of an electric blender.
- Add in the remaining ingredients and a scoop of crushed ice.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour mixture into a chilled colada glass; garnish with a wedge of fresh pineapple.
