Ingredients

  • 1 slice watermelon (approximately 8-10-inch round and 1-inch thick-read *Note)
  • 12-23 cup strawberry preserves (or other similar jam or preserves)
  • 14-13 cup white chocolate chips
  • 12 cup raisins (can add mini chocolate chips if you want, too!) or 12 cup currants (can add mini chocolate chips if you want, too!)
  • 12 cup toasted walnuts, chopped (can sub other nuts such as peanuts)
  • 1 cup sweetened flaked coconut
  • 2 -3 medium strawberries (our addition) or 5 -6 raspberries, hulled and sliced crosswise (our addition)
  • 4 -5 seedless black grapes, sliced (our addition)

Method

  • *Note: Drain the slice of watermelon first to remove excess moisture.
  • Place the watermelon slice on a serving platter.
  • Spread the strawberry preserves over the watermelon and sprinkle the toppings over the top in order written.
  • Cut into 6 equal pizza slices.
