Ingredients
- 1 box pistachio pudding (instant)
- 1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple
- 1/2 c. pecans
- 1 c. small marshmallows
- 1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip
Method
- Mix pudding and pineapple (juice and all).
- Add nuts and marshmallows; fold in Cool Whip.
- Let set in refrigerator for a few hours before serving.
