Ingredients
- 2 (15 oz.) cans kidney beans
- 1 stalk celery, sliced
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/2 doz. hard-boiled eggs, diced
- 4 sweet pickles, diced
- salad dressing
Method
- Drain and rinse kidney beans. Add celery, onion, eggs and pickles.
- Mix with enough salad dressing to your taste.
