Ingredients
- 2 tbsp plain yogurt
- 2 tbsp olive oil, extra virgin
- 1 dash salt
- 1 dash black pepper
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 2 cup watercress
Method
- Mix all dressing ingredients together.
- You may increase or decrease the amount of each ingredient according to your liking.
- I prefer mine garlicky :)
- Pour the dressing over the watercress, mix together and enjoy!
