Ingredients

  • 12 cup wasabi powder
  • 14 cup rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons mirin
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 12 cup cilantro leaf
  • 2 12 cups vegetable oil
  • 14 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

Method

  • Set up a blender.
  • In a mixing bowl, stir together wasabi powder and 1/4 cup water until smooth.
  • Add all ingredients (including wasabi mixture) except the oil into the blender, and blend until combined.
  • With blender on the lowest speed, drizzle in the oil and blend until thick.
  • Keep cold until ready to use.
  • This makes 3 cups of mild to medium heat vinaigrette.
