Ingredients
- 1 can asparagus
- 1 pkg. green onion dip mix
- 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
- 1 can artichoke hearts
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1/8 c. milk
- Parmesan cheese
Method
- Make onion dip mix as directed in package with sour cream and add milk to make smooth enough to spoon on.
- Layer asparagus, artichokes, dip mix and Cheddar cheese and repeat.
- Top with remaining dip mix and cheese and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
