Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1/3 c. chopped onions
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. milk
- 2/3 c. 3-minute oats
- 1 egg
- 1/4 tsp. ginger
- 1 Tbsp. shortening
Method
- Combine beef, oats, onions, egg, salt, ginger and milk.
- Shape into balls (50), using one rounded teaspoon for each.
- Melt shortening in a skillet; add meatballs.
- Brown and cool.
- Remove from skillet.
- Drain.
