Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 Tbsp. white vinegar
- 1/2 c. ice water
- 4 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 3/4 c. Crisco
Method
- Beat eggs and vinegar and ice water.
- Combine flour, sugar and salt.
- Cut in Crisco and add egg mixture
- and quickly mix with fork.
- Cover and chill.
- Makes one 9-inch double crust.
