Ingredients

  • 3 boxes frozen spinach, cooked, chopped well and drained
  • 1 large bag Pepperidge Farms herb seasoned stuffing mix
  • 1 lb. grated Mozzarella cheese
  • 9 beaten eggs
  • 2 large onions, chopped
  • 1 lb. butter, melted
  • 2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. black pepper

Method

  • Mix all ingredients well.
  • Form into small balls.
  • Place on cookie sheet and freeze.
  • After frozen, place in plastic freezer bags until needed.
  • Bake frozen in a preheated 375° oven for 20 minutes.
