Vickys Stuffed Cockroaches Dates - dates

Method

• Cut a slit down each date lengthwise and remove the seed
• Mix some chocolate chips into the nut / seed butter
• Fill each date cavity with the mixture
• Use some extra dots of peanut butter etc to stick on choc chip eyes.
• I used an icing pen
• Put on a plate or in a bowl and serve as stuffed cockroaches!
• Dates are also delicious stuffed with cheesecake filling / sweetened cream cheese.
• You can coat them in chocolate after stuffing too for added crunch and sweetness.
• So good!
