Ingredients

  • 1 lb. beef stew meat, cut up
  • 1 pkg. dried onion soup mix
  • 1 can beef broth
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 soup can water
  • carrots, peeled and chopped
  • potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
  • onions, peeled and cut into chunks
  • 3 to 5 lb. meat
  • 1 pkg. Lipton beefy onion soup mix
  • 1 can Campbell's golden mushroom soup

Method

  • Place meat in a medium roaster.
  • Add both soup mixes.
  • Add enough water to almost cover meat.
  • Cover with roaster lid and cook in a 350° oven for 3 to 4 hours, depending on size and tenderness of meat.
