- 1 lb. beef stew meat, cut up
- 1 pkg. dried onion soup mix
- 1 can beef broth
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 soup can water
- carrots, peeled and chopped
- potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
- onions, peeled and cut into chunks
- 3 to 5 lb. meat
- 1 pkg. Lipton beefy onion soup mix
- 1 can Campbell's golden mushroom soup
Method
- Place meat in a medium roaster.
- Add both soup mixes.
- Add enough water to almost cover meat.
- Cover with roaster lid and cook in a 350° oven for 3 to 4 hours, depending on size and tenderness of meat.
