Ingredients
- 1 c. uncooked oatmeal
- 1/2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
- 1 c. packed light brown sugar
- 1/2 c. margarine or butter
- 1 (1 lb.) can cranberry sauce (jellied or whole)
- vanilla ice cream
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Grease 8 x 8-inch pan.
- Mix oats, flour and sugar.
- Cut in butter until crumbly.
- Place half the mixture in pan.
- Cover with cranberry sauce; top with rest of mixture. Bake 45 minutes.
- Serve hot.
- Cut in squares and top with ice cream.
