Ingredients
- 2 sticks carrots, finely chopped
- 2 sticks celery, finely chopped
- 2 c. 2% milk
- 1 onion, chopped
- 8 potatoes, cubed and peeled
- 1 stick oleo
- 1 large can chicken broth
- 5 oz. sour cream
Method
- Saute everything chopped.
- Add chicken broth.
- Boil until all is soft; add milk and potatoes until soft.
- Shut off heat; let cool.
- Add the sour cream.
- Stir well and serve.
