Ingredients
- 1 whole chicken or 4 large chicken breasts, cooked off of bone
- 2 cans creamy chicken mushroom soup
- 1 large can evaporated milk
- 8 oz. bag Pepperidge Farm herb seasoning stuffing
- 1 c. chicken broth
Method
- Fill bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan with chicken pieces.
- Mix milk and soup together.
- Pour over chicken.
- Pour broth into stuffing and mix until lightly moistened.
- Spoon stuffing over chicken. Bake at 400° for 30 minutes.
