Ingredients

  • 1 whole chicken or 4 large chicken breasts, cooked off of bone
  • 2 cans creamy chicken mushroom soup
  • 1 large can evaporated milk
  • 8 oz. bag Pepperidge Farm herb seasoning stuffing
  • 1 c. chicken broth

Method

  • Fill bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan with chicken pieces.
  • Mix milk and soup together.
  • Pour over chicken.
  • Pour broth into stuffing and mix until lightly moistened.
  • Spoon stuffing over chicken. Bake at 400° for 30 minutes.
