Ingredients
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1 can Veg-All mixed vegetables
- 1 (10 count) can biscuits
Method
- Brown hamburger in ovenproof dish.
- Season as desired.
- I use salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion and Worcestershire sauce.
- Stir in vegetables, including liquid.
- Simmer until most liquid is gone.
- Place biscuits on top of meat and vegetables.
- Bake in oven at 425° until biscuits are browned, approximately 10 to 15 minutes.
- Serves 4 to 6 people.
