Ingredients

  • 1 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • Cool Whip
  • 2 small pkg. instant French vanilla pudding
  • 3 c. milk
  • chopped nuts
  • coconut

Method

  • Mix flour, pecans, sugar and margarine.
  • Press into 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 350° for 15 minutes.
  • Beat cream cheese and 1 cup powdered sugar.
  • Spread on cooled crust.
  • Spread 1 cup Cool Whip on cream cheese mixture.
  • Mix pudding with milk.
  • Pour over Cool Whip and refrigerate 1 hour.
  • Cover with Cool Whip and sprinkle with nuts and coconut.
