Ingredients

  • 6 slices bread, crust removed
  • 1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, sliced
  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
  • 2 c. diced ham
  • 4 green onions
  • 6 large eggs
  • 3 c. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 c. cheese, shredded

Method

  • Cut bread in triangles, line bottom of buttered pan.
  • Cover bread with sliced cheese.
  • Layer broccoli, ham and onions.
  • Blend eggs, milk, salt and mustard.
  • Pour over mixture.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
  • Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  • Bake 1 1/2 hours at 325° or microwave 20 minutes.
  • Serves 12.
