Ingredients
- 1 qt. cut rhubarb
- 1 1/3 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. instant flour
- 1 box wild strawberry Jell-O
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1 1/2 c. hot water
Method
- Pour rhubarb in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Mix sugar jello and flour.
- Sprinkle over rhubarb, then sift cake mix over that. Then drop melted butter over top.
- Pour water over that punching holes so the water will go down.
- Try to get all the cake mix wet. Bake at 350°
- for 45 minutes.
