Ingredients
- 1 pkg. peach gelatin
- 1 c. hot water
- 3 oz. cream cheese
- 1 c. whipped topping
- 2 c. chopped ripe peaches, sweetened to taste
Method
- Dissolve
- gelatin in hot
- water.
- Chill
- to
- egg
- white consistency.
- Beat with electric
- beater
- at
- high speed until double in quantity.
- Add softened
- cream cheese which has been previously mixed with whipped
- topping.
- Beat
- until
- smooth. Add peaches and beat at low speed
- for 1 minute.
- Pour in mold and chill thoroughly.
- When congealed, unmold and garnish with lettuce and peach slices.
- Serves 6 to 8.
