- 2 boxes vermicelli
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. Accent
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 small can ripe olives, chopped
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped
- 6 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 jar pimento, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
Method
- Cook the vermicelli and drain.
- Marinate overnight in the lemon juice, Accent and oil.
- The next day, add the remaining ingredients and chill.
