Ingredients

  • 1 box spaghetti Adzuki Bean
  • 1/2 small carrot diced small
  • 1/2 stalk celery chopped small
  • 1/4 white onion large
  • 1/4 cup red bell pepper diced
  • 1 teaspoon miso paste mellow
  • 1 tablespoon milk non-dairy, soy or coconut work best
  • 1 dash garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper ground Organic
  • 1 dash stevia or 1-2 drops agave -- agave can be a bolder flavour; I tried it
  • 1 dash paprika
  • 1 spray coconut oil or 14 tsp solid coconut oil

Method

  • Add vegetables to a small heated saucepan, and saute until onion is translucent and carrots and celery soft. Add milk and miso, lower heat, and combine well, adding spices as you stir. Keep on low heat until prepared to serve. Spoon over bean noodles, prepared as specified on package.
