Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. crescent rolls
  • 2 (8 oz. each) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 pkg. dry Ranch dressing
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 3/4 c. chopped broccoli
  • 3/4 c. chopped green onion
  • 3/4 c. chopped green pepper
  • 3/4 c. chopped firm tomato
  • 3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Method

  • Unroll crescent rolls and lay in a jelly roll pan.
  • Bake as directed.
  • Cool 10 minutes.
  • Mix cream cheese, dressing mix and mayonnaise together.
  • Spread over baked dough.
  • Sprinkle with finely chopped mixed vegetables.
  • Top with the Cheddar cheese and press down. Chill and cut into 1 x 2-inch bars.
