- 2 pkg. crescent rolls
- 2 (8 oz. each) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 pkg. dry Ranch dressing
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 3/4 c. chopped broccoli
- 3/4 c. chopped green onion
- 3/4 c. chopped green pepper
- 3/4 c. chopped firm tomato
- 3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Method
- Unroll crescent rolls and lay in a jelly roll pan.
- Bake as directed.
- Cool 10 minutes.
- Mix cream cheese, dressing mix and mayonnaise together.
- Spread over baked dough.
- Sprinkle with finely chopped mixed vegetables.
- Top with the Cheddar cheese and press down. Chill and cut into 1 x 2-inch bars.
