Ingredients
- 4 large peppers
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. broccoli
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. cauliflower
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- 1 small onion, chopped
- picante/salsa
- 1/2 to 1 c. Mozzarella cheese
Method
- Boil peppers until softened, but still slightly firm.
- Cook broccoli, onion and cauliflower in boiling water until tender. Drain.
- Add bread crumbs, cheese and salsa to moisten (a little water may be added if needed).
- Fill peppers with mixture and bake until cheese melts.
