  • 7 ounces, weight White Button Mushrooms
  • 1 whole Carrot
  • 3-58 ounces, weight Asparagus
  • 5 cloves Garlic
  • 2 stalks Red Chili Pepper
  • 1 package (3 Oz. Package) Instant Noodles, Such As Ramen
  • 2 Tablespoons Oyster Sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon Light Soy Sauce
  • Oil, For Frying

Method

  • 1.
  • Slice the mushrooms.
  • Shred the carrot.
  • Cut the asparagus.
  • Chop the garlic and pepper.
  • 2.
  • Partially cook the instant noodles (only 70%-80% cooked).
  • 3.
  • Strain the noodles.
  • 4.
  • Heat the wok, add the oil and garlic.
  • 5.
  • Fry the garlic lightly.
  • And the chili, too!
  • 6.
  • Add all the vegetables.
  • 7.
  • Add the seasoning.
  • 8.
  • Finally, add the noodles.
  • 9.
  • Stir-fry them well.
