Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond meal
  • 1 cup whey powder (vanilla or chocolate)
  • 14 cup caster sugar or 14 cup sugar substitute
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 12 cup cocoa powder
  • 14 cup chocolate chips
  • 2 eggs
  • 12 cup oil
  • 14 cup water

Method

  • Add dry ingrediants together mix well.
  • In a separate bowl add wet ingrediants and mix well.
  • Combine bowls and mix together.
  • Place teaspoons of mixture on baking tray (greased or lined).
  • Bake 180C for 10 minutes.
  • Allow to cool.
